This 12-hour HUD approved training, will discuss the proper installation of new manufactured homes, record keeping and other installer responsibilities as they relate to the HUD Administered Manufactured Home Installation Program.  Successful participants will have satisfied the INITIAL training requirement for HUD issued installer license.

Already have a HUD installers license?  You will need to take the CONTINUING EDUCATION every 3 years for the license renewal.  

NOTE:  this class is not approved for the CONTINUING EDUCATION training. You will need to take only the 1st day to complete the required 8 hour course.  Please sign up for the CONTINUING EDUCATION class.
