This 8-hour HUD approved training, will provide professional installers with a refresher for better understanding of the rules for installing manufactured homes, outline important procedural and safety standards that must be followed, installation instructions, federal requirements and other installer responsibilities as they relate to the HUD Administered Manufactured Home Installation Program.
Successful participants will have satisfied the CONTINUING EDUCATION training requirement for the HUD issued installer license which is required every 3 years for the license renewal.
NOTE: this class is not approved for the INITIAL training. You will need to take the two day INITIAL training to complete the full 12 hour course.
